30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Neo Otaku Art. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for clothing, posters, and canvas prints. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@neootakuart.com to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you should clearly write on the return package.
- Securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided with the RA number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense or arrange for a replacement, as applicable.
