30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Neo Otaku Art. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for clothing, posters, and canvas prints. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@neootakuart.com to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you should clearly write on the return package.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and send them to the address provided with the RA number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense or arrange for a replacement, as applicable.
